Casa Tranquility has an incredible community pool. If you choose to walk to the beach, enjoy the quick shortcut down 67 steps to Los Muertos beach. The building has a security guard at night and plenty of parking.
Please note: Vallarta is experiencing a huge growth spurt. There is construction all over. In front, behind and on the sides of the building. To get the views, the building is on a hill. If you have mobility issues, this wouldn’t be the condo for you. The price reflects all these concerns.
