The building has 17 units with community pool. Parking is available on-site with security gate and a security guard nightly.
Please note: Vallarta is experiencing a huge growth spurt. There is construction all over. In front, behind and on the sides of the building. To get the views, the building is on a hill. If you have mobility issues, this wouldn’t be the condo for you. The price reflects all these concerns.
Other Things to Note:
Maid service is available on request for an additional fee. Supplies are provided at the beginning of your stay. If you run out, it will be your responsibility to replace them.
